Q: What happens if the work required is more than the original quote?
A: During the diagnosis part of our process, we will do our best to determine exactly what is wrong with your vehicle, and what we need to do to fix it. We have you authorise the work we suggest, and if it will take any extra labour or parts, then we will contact you before we continue. 
Q: Do you have loan cars? 
A: Yes, we have loan cars available if we're given enough advanced notice. 
Q: When do I pay? 
A: You'll be asked to pay at the completion of the work when you pick up your vehicle.
Q: What payment methods do you accept? 
A: We accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards, debit cards and cash.
Q: Can I get a quote? 
A: Yes, tell us the vehicle details and what work you'd like done, and we can often give you an accurate quote without seeing the vehicle; though, sometimes we will need to do an inspection.
